Here’s an idea: take homeless people in London and instead of letting them live in dark, miserable places, put them in a brightly lit and well furnished hostel, complete with garden plots and the education to give them the confidence to get back out on their own. But with a $6 million dollar price tag, it might be hard for other cities to follow suit.
